MEET NIKO

Hi, I'm Niko.

I'm a certified personal trainer, commercial actor, content creator, and proud first-generation Greek-American based in Orlando, Florida. Everything I do is rooted in one simple belief: if you're going to do something, do it with passion, pride, and purpose.

I was born to Greek immigrant parents who built successful businesses through hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. Growing up in that environment taught me lessons that still shape my life today—show up early, treat people well, represent your name with integrity, and never stop improving.

My fitness journey started with my own transformation. After losing more than 40 pounds and becoming what I jokingly call "Niko 2.0," I fell in love with health, training, and helping others experience that same confidence for themselves.

Over the past decade, I've coached hundreds of clients, served as a Fitness & Wellness Manager, and built one of the busiest personal training businesses in Central Florida. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate enough to earn the trust of incredible clients and establish a reputation for bringing energy, professionalism, and genuine care to every session.

But fitness has never been just about the gym.

How Most People Spend Their Week: In The Gym vs. Out Of The Gym

While just 2% of your week is spent in the gym, it's the 98% outside that determines your overall success. Prioritize what you do beyond your workouts for lasting results.

To me, confidence comes from the complete picture—how you train, how you eat, how you recover, how you present yourself, and how you carry yourself every day. It's why I enjoy everything from strength training and nutrition to skincare, fashion, travel, and personal development.

More recently, that passion has expanded into commercial acting and content creation, where I get to combine creativity with storytelling and collaborate with brands that align with my values. Whether I'm coaching a client, filming a campaign, or creating content for my audience, my goal is always the same: bring authenticity, professionalism, and positive energy to everything I do.

Today, my focus is primarily online coaching, helping people around the world build healthier lifestyles through accountability, education, and sustainable habits. Because at the end of the day, the workout is only a small part of the equation.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe great coaching is about far more than counting reps or handing someone a workout plan.

It's about building confidence, creating sustainable habits, and helping people become stronger in every area of their lives.

No two clients are the same, which is why I don't believe in cookie-cutter programs. Every plan is built around your goals, your lifestyle, your experience level, and what you can realistically maintain for the long term.

Functional Bodybuilding

My training style is heavily influenced by Functional Bodybuilding—a philosophy that combines strength, athleticism, mobility, and longevity with the goal of building an aesthetic physique.

I want you to look strong, feel strong, and move well. Building muscle is important, but so is having a body that performs in everyday life and continues to serve you for years to come.

The Other 98%
